Bath, SomersetRobert has essentially been paid and has not done barely anything on my property for 4.5 hours. I paid him 180 cash without visiting the property at the end of the work, as I could not leave my office and no one else was at home. He simply did not touch almost anything in the flat. He had promised deep cleaning and carpet cleaning and took advantage of the fact I could not go back to check. When I tried calling him, he did not reply. He hangs up on me, never given me an invoice and I am now reporting him to the Trading Standards. Stay away, please!

Bristol, South West EnglandDid not show up. Won’t answer calls. I had taken the day off work and arranged for my wife and daughter to be out for the first part of the day. I now see that I am not the only one this has happened to.
